Sonie's Creations® accepts orders online 24 hrs a day by simply adding items to your shopping bag. We accept American Express, Master Card, JCB  or Visa, and your credit card transaction is 100% secure. All information included with your order is encrypted for privacy while in transit, and will not be shared with any other service or source. You may also call our friendly order takers, and they will make it easy to shop. Have your completed order form and your credit card (American Express, Master Card, JCB  or Visa) on hand.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Due to unanticipated demand, we may not have your entire order available for shipment. When this occurs, we ship the available portion only, you may then re-order the missing items at a later time. Shipping and handling are charged one time, up front, for the entire order. Merchandise charges will only be made on your credit card for the merchandise shipped. Canadian shipments are sent via Canada Post Expedited Service or UPS Standard Service,  which ever is less expensive. US shipments are sent via UPS ground service (we pay all duties and taxes).  

Shipping outside of the US and Canada is considered International Shipping. Please note that any additional duties, custom charges, DDP, VAT, associated fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. International Customer orders are shipped via Canada Postal Airmail Service to save you money. Although other courier companies such as UPS  and Federal Express do a fine job, they are not very cost competitive for our overseas clients.

All orders are confidential, and are shipped in a plain, discreet box or padded envelope for your privacy.

ADDRESS CORRECTION CHARGES & UNDELIVERABLE/RETURNED PACKAGES:

Please ensure your address is complete and properly submitted when placing an order with Sonie's Creations®. If your delivery address has a suite #, apt. #, floor # or any other additional information that will help with the delivery process please make sure to include this when submitting your order. 

If additional information is required in order to deliver your package, and that information was not provided on your original order, or if the delivery address is changed in order to make the delivery there will be a charge to you of $10.00 which will be processed /charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.

If your package is refused or returned due to being undeliverable for any reason, there will be a return freight charge to you (which will be the same cost as the original freight charge on your original order) plus a $10.00 restocking fee. These fees will be processed / charged immediately through the original credit card provided on your order.
Residential packages are left at the recipient's door as no signature is required for residential deliveries. Sonie's Creations® is not responsible for any lost packages after the delivery has been made. 

GUARANTEE:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return any unworn or undamaged item(s) for credit or exchange (shipping and handling charges are not refundable). Send your package to us via insured and prepaid post (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). **See Below**

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MERCHANDISE:

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges or returns are NOT accepted on Bras, Thongs, G-Strings, Teddies & Pasties due to health regulations. These items are final sale.
Clearance items are NON-Returnable and are final sale.

Orders may only be returned subsequent to obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting Sonie's Creations® via Telephone or E-mail. Only, unworn or undamaged items is returnable for credit or exchange for another item of equal or greater value only within 5 days from the date product is received (Shipping & Handling Charges are NOT REFUNDABLE). Items must be in resalable condition, in its original undamaged packaging with no signs of wear, and include all accessories & pieces with the original tags in place otherwise exchange will be forfeited at Sonie's Creations® discretion. The returned item must be The items must be returned in the original box or packaging the order was received in. On all exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for all return charges and will be charged the associated fees to ship out any replacements. This also includes undeliverable or refused packages on original orders or exchanges and returns.  

Once you have obtained an RA#, make a note detailing your request on your original Sales Receipt and enclose it with the item (s) to be returned and send to:
